Product Returns (Except Pyro Products)

You have the right to return the products you purchased within 14 days of receipt, without being required to state the reason for the return.

To accept the return:

• The products must not have been used.

• The products must be returned with the retail receipt, together with the "Declaration of Withdrawal" form, available here, or by sending us any other explicit written statement clearly setting out your decision to withdraw.

Your refund will be processed within 30 days from the date we receive the products. In this case, you will only bear the direct cost of returning the goods. All pyrotechnic items are NON-RETURNABLE. Guided by safety and ensuring maximum quality in the sale of fireworks, which is governed by Balloon Fire's ISO 9001:2015 quality certification.
